Ley 15/2007, de 3 de julio, de Defensa de la Competencia.

Certain agreements and concerted practices that restrict competition are prohibited, but some efficiency-improving agreements and conduct covered by specified Community Regulations are exempt. The Government may extend paragraph 3 to certain conduct by Royal Decree after the required reports.
