Statute overview

About this statute

This article lists disciplinary sanctions that may be imposed for very serious, serious, and minor faults. A suspension of employment places the sanctioned person in that administrative स्थिति, removes their functions, immobilizes them in the job they hold, and can trigger removal from the post; if it lasts more than six months, it also bars appointment to another post in the same unit or specialty for two years. A sanctioned person must lose positions in the seniority ranking, with the delay set by the case resolution and capped between one tenth and one fifth of the members of the employment group.
