Statute overview

About this statute

Creates and organizes an electronic administration commission for the foreign affairs department, gives it planning, review, and coordination powers, and requires ministry units to provide information when asked. La Comisión solo se constituye válidamente si asisten las personas requeridas en primera o segunda convocatoria. This Order enters into force the day after it is published in the Official State Gazette. This article repeals conflicting lower- or equal-rank rules, and specifically the 11 January 1990 Order, to the extent it concerns the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. The Department’s Undersecretary may take the measures needed to carry out and apply this Order.
