Las Comunidades Autónomas deben comunicar al Ministerio de Industria, Turismo y Comercio las resoluciones que emitan para que se anoten en el registro indicado. El titular de la autorización como empresa de venta y asistencia técnica debe cumplir varias obligaciones de control, venta, registro, archivo e información sobre equipos de rayos X. Before medical diagnostic X-ray installations can operate, their holders must declare them to the competent regional authority and submit the required documents. Changes to an installation, or adding equipment, generators, or extra tubes, require a declaration and registration procedure. Changes in ownership and cessation of activities must be notified to the competent authority within 30 days.
