Statute overview

About this statute

The hospital is integrated into the Asturias health service under direct management, and its rights, obligations, and current employment contracts move with that integration. This provision says the law enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias. Within six months, the Government and the Foundation’s governing board must adopt the executive measures needed to carry out this law, including the extinction of the Foundation’s legal personality.
