About this statute
Para aprobar o modificar los catálogos, se sigue el procedimiento de las ordenanzas municipales; durante la información pública debe pedirse informe a los órganos de patrimonio cultural indicados. Urban planning rules must identify disconforming buildings and classify incompatible uses, and it cannot authorize certain works on out-of-order buildings except for limited habitability or safety works. Los planes urbanísticos deben revisarse en los plazos y supuestos previstos, y el órgano foral puede ordenar la revisión en casos urgentes o de interés público. Changes to urban planning plans must be modified, and general plans must clearly identify which provisions belong to detailed planning; modifications must follow the appropriate rules and are limited by review deadlines and conditions. Changes to urban planning determinations must use the same type of plan and the same procedure used to approve them, with listed exceptions.
