Statute overview

About this statute

La persona titular puede seguir explotando la finca, pero must keep conservation and maintenance duties and must inform the managing entity about relevant changes, with required documents. The managing entity may set a management fee capped at 5% of the later transfer price. The managing entity of the Banco de Tierras de Galicia may award agricultural land under the regimes listed, and some land may be transferred for use and enjoyment to third parties under stated conditions.
