Statute overview

About this statute

Contests are aimed at awarding a cash or in-kind prize to the winner under the contest’s rules. Contest participation must follow the operator’s rules, pricing must be stated in euros, and participants must pay through the operator’s offered payment methods. The contest must follow this basic regulation, rules issued by the National Gaming Commission, and the game’s specific rules. Prize amounts are set by the game’s specific rules, and in any case the maximum prize value is the one referred to in Annex III, second item.
