Statute overview

About this statute

Los operadores deben seguir las reglas básicas for the state-level poker game and when drafting their own rules. The operator may set poker betting rules, but bets must be in euros and must follow the limits in Annex III and the game’s published rules. Operators must use the rules they set for game participation, send each player a session summary, handle cancellations and interruptions in their rules, refund annulled stakes, reimburse participation fees if a game is annulled, and pay any specified prize.
