About this statute

Navarra’s competent departments must promote actions for young people’s relationships based on equality, respect, and solidarity, and provide sexual information and education through several programs and services. Navarra’s administration must promote quality and fairness in education and take measures to support the personal and professional development of young people. Navarra public administrations may approve youth plans, and related plans must consider youth age perspective and support local youth plans. El departamento competente en materia de juventud debe presentar cada año al Parlamento de Navarra un plan específico sobre el cumplimiento de los objetivos de esta ley foral. Las políticas de juventud deben responder a las necesidades de las personas jóvenes, proteger su libre elección e igualdad de oportunidades, y fomentar varias áreas de desarrollo y apoyo juvenil.
