Las comunidades autónomas, corporaciones locales y administraciones públicas affected by these funding mechanisms must agree and follow adjustment and treasury plans, report regularly to the Ministry of Finance, and may face coercive measures if they do not comply. La ley modifica reglas de financiación y control para Comunidades Autónomas, Corporaciones Locales y otras Administraciones Públicas, incluyendo planes de ajuste, remisión de información y planes de tesorería. For eligible Autonomous Communities and Local Corporations, debt counted for these financing mechanisms must reflect the equivalent amounts received when applying debt-limit rules. The Government and the Minister of Finance and Public Administrations are authorized to issue the measures and provisions needed to develop and carry out this law, within their respective powers. This Law takes effect the day after it is published in the Official State Gazette.
