Statute overview

About this statute

This provision sets working-time rules and annual labour-calendar requirements for staff serving the Administration of Justice. Funcionarios en régimen de dedicación especial must work no more than 40 hours per week. This provision says the Order takes effect the day after it is published in the Official State Gazette, except where prior approval of the job-posting relationship is required, and it repeals the 5 December 1996 Resolution to the extent it conflicts with this Resolution. During the summer period, an intensive work schedule may be set for certain officials. This provision says the Order applies to personnel serving in the Administration of Justice, as regulated by Article 470 of Organic Law 6/1985.
