Statute overview

About this statute

Articles 134 to 146 are marked as suppressed. La Administración de la Xunta de Galicia puede ejercer la acción popular en procedimientos penales por violencia en el deporte, salvo negativa expresa de la víctima o de su representante legal. This article sets limitation periods for administrative offences and sanctions, and explains when those periods start, stop, and restart. Regulates how criminal, administrative, and disciplinary proceedings interact, including when they must be suspended, notified, continued, archived, or reduced. This provision lists mitigating and aggravating circumstances for disciplinary responsibility, defines recidivism, and lets disciplinary sanctioning bodies set the sanction level they consider appropriate.
