Statute overview

About this statute

This article states that the order’s purpose is to regulate the SISAAD information system. The designated staff of each competent public administration must enter and consult dependency and benefits records in the SISAAD using secure electronic authentication. The competent public administrations must also enable the relevant user profile for data transmission and access. This article says which data must be included in SISAAD, requires certain checks for reliability, notes that monthly statistics are provisional, and assigns the annual management evaluation to the Territorial Council.
