Statute overview

About this statute

Regulates who speaks in municipal debates, who may authorize exceptions, and who can close or change the order/time of interventions. Rules for requesting appearances before the Plenary session, including who may request them, timing, and limits on the Mayor’s appearances. Certain local government board sessions must be public when they discuss and decide matters within the plenary’s powers.
