Statute overview

About this statute

This article defines who counts as personal laboral in Extremadura’s public administrations and says such staff may perform certain non-civil-service functions and some listed jobs if the conditions are met. This article defines eventual staff and says their appointment and dismissal are free, their maximum number may be set by the competent authority, and the number and pay conditions must be made public. If a selection process includes a traineeship or selective course, proposed candidates are appointed as trainee civil servants, and they lose the right to be appointed career civil servants if they do not pass it.
