El Gobierno debe elaborar un informe anual sobre las campañas de publicidad, con ciertos datos y desglose, y remitirlo al Parlamento de La Rioja y a las organizaciones profesionales del sector. The competent regional minister is responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating institutional advertising actions. Certain eligible persons and entities may ask for immediate cessation or correction of campaigns that violate this law. Certain persons may request immediate cessation or rectification of campaigns that violate specified provisions; the request is decided within six days, with short follow-on deadlines if granted.
