Statute overview

About this statute

The Autonomous Community must promote LGTBI presence in public policies and prepare an interdepartmental action plan on equality and non-discrimination. Se crea el Consejo Andaluz LGTBI as a participatory and consultative body, and the Consejería competente en materia LGTBI must provide the technical and administrative support needed for it to operate. The LGTBI-competent ministry coordinates LGTBI policy execution, reports yearly to the government, and promotes indicators to track and evaluate public policy.
