Statute overview

About this statute

This resolution reorganizes the AEAT’s tax IT area and assigns cybersecurity, data protection, support, and regional IT functions to specific internal bodies. This provision repeals a 2004 resolution on the organization and functions of the Tax Agency’s IT area. This resolution enters into force the day after it is published in the Official State Gazette. The resolution does not increase public spending in the budget of the State Tax Administration Agency.
