La Comisión Permanente es un órgano interno del Consejo con funciones de apoyo, preparación, revisión e ინფორმ informe sobre asuntos del Pleno. La Comisión de Seguimiento organiza y coordina el trabajo del Consejo Superior, prepara reuniones y Plenos, y puede elaborar, aprobar, revisar y elevar propuestas y documentos. La Comisión Permanente puede crear grupos de trabajo, y la presidencia del Pleno debe crear uno específico sobre coherencia de políticas para el desarrollo sostenible. The Superior Council’s plenary must meet in ordinary session at least once a year, and whenever its functions require it. Sessions may be held in person or remotely. Meeting notices and minutes must be sent electronically to members unless that is not possible. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation must provide the personal and material means needed for the High Council’s operating costs, and High Council members do not receive any remuneration for carrying out their functions.
