(2) An error has been discovered in the Annex to the abovementioned Regulation. The Regulation in question should therefore be corrected, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 13/2002 is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply from 5 January 2002. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 9 January 2002.
