The Annex needs to be added to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/45 to ensure a proper implementation of that act. ---|--- (2) | Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/45 should therefore be corrected accordingly. ---|--- (3) | This Regulation should apply with effect from the date of entry into force of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/45, in order to ensure the proper application of that Implementing Regulation to all exporting producers that will be subject to the anti-dumping duty. ---|--- (4) | The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 In Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/45, the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation is added as the Annex. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 10 January 2025.
