11.2.2022 | EN | Official Journal of the European Union | L 30/5 ---|---|---|--- * * * COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2022/185 of 10 February 2022 correcting certain language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/451 laying down implementing technical standards for the application of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to supervisory reporting of institutions and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014 (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 (1), and in particular Article 430(7) thereof, Whereas: (1) | The Czech language version of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/451 (2) contains an error in Article 13(1) changing the obligation laid down in the act by modifying the frequency of the reporting. ---|--- (2) | The Spanish language version of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/451 contains errors in Annex II, point 8.4 in the Table of Contents; in Annex II, Part II: point 3.9.4.2, row 0060, second column of the table, first paragraph, in point 3.9.5.1, row 0040, second column of the table, sole paragraph, in point 3.9.6.1, row 0040, 0120, second column of the table, sole paragraph, in point 8.1, point (c) of entry 201, in point 8.2.1, row 0010, second column of the table, first paragraph, in point 8.3.1, row 0050, second column of the table, first paragraph, and in point 8.4; in Annex XII: in all occurrences of row 0840, third column of the table, and in all occurencies of row 0310 with ID 1.4.3, third colum of the table; in Annex XIII, Part II: point 1, row 14, second column of the table, and in point 3, in the second column of the table, row 0840; in Annex XIII, Part IV: point 1, row 13, second column of the table, as well as in point 3, row 0310, second column of the table. Those errors could affect negatively the economic operators as regards their reporting obligations. ---|--- (3) | The Czech and Spanish language versions of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/451 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 (does not concern the English language) Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
