Statute overview

About this statute

This Regulation sets standard terms for three financial instruments: an RS loan, a capped portfolio guarantee, and a renovation loan. This provision sets conditions for two ESIF-backed financial instruments: a capped loan guarantee for SMEs and a renovation loan facility. It requires the financial advantage to be passed on to recipients, limits risk/amounts, and sets reporting and pricing rules. Financial intermediaries must pass on the programme’s financial advantage to final recipients by reducing interest rates, and they must provide regular standardised reports to the managing authority or fund of funds.
