Credit institutions and other institutions must submit liquidity coverage reporting in the specified annex formats, generally every month. Credit institutions must report liquidity template information in the required currencies, avoid double counting, and complete required memorandum items. Credit institutions must report the template and liquidity outflows using the rules in this regulation, and central institutions must keep reported liquid assets after haircut within the related deposit outflow. Credit institutions must report several liquidity items, including outflows in the relevant significant currency, short-sale outflows, collateral amounts, and committed facilities. Credit institutions must follow detailed LCR inflow reporting rules for template C 74.00, including cap treatment and asset classification.
