| Official Journal of the European Union | EN C series ---|---|--- * * * | C/2024/5995 | 4.10.2024 ---|---|--- COUNCIL DECISION of 24 September 2024 replacing an alternate member of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work for Sweden (C/2024/5995) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Council Decision of 22 July 2003 setting up an Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work (1), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Whereas: (1) | By Decision of 24 February 2022 (2), the Council appointed members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work for the period from 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2025. ---|--- (2) | A seat as alternate member in the government representatives category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Ms Johanna BENGTSSON RYBERG. ---|--- (3) | The Government of Sweden has submitted a candidate for the vacant seat, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Ms Minke WERSÄLL is appointed alternate member of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work in place of Ms Johanna BENGTSSON RYBERG for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 28 February 2025.
