(2) The Netherlands and the United Kingdom requested that the address details concerning their competent authorities be amended and as a result of personnel changes the address details concerning the Commission have to be amended, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 1081/2000 is hereby amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 28 April 2003.
