Applications for import licences for the period 1 July to 30 September 2006 submitted pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1233/2006 shall be met as referred to in the Annex to this Regulation. 2\. Application for import licences for the period 1 October to 31 December 2006 may be lodged pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1233/2006 for the total quantity as referred to in the Annex to this Regulation. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 13 September 2006. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
