30.5.2022 | EN | Official Journal of the European Union | L 147/27 ---|---|---|--- * * * COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2022/828 of 25 May 2022 correcting the Polish language version of Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2019/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on the internal market for electricity (1), and in particular Article 59(1)(c) and Article 61(2) thereof, Whereas: (1) | The Polish language version of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 (2) contains an error in Article 12(3), point (g) that alters the object of and the deadline for discharging the obligation of transmission system operators to publish information. ---|--- (2) | The Polish language version of Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected. ---|--- (3) | The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Electricity cross-border Committee, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 (Does not concern the English language.) Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
