This regulation says the European Commission imposes a provisional anti-dumping duty on certain chromium-coated steel imports from China and Brazil. The Commission said Brazil could be used as a representative country and CSN’s 2020 financial data could be used for SG&A and profit when calculating normal value. Provisional anti-dumping duties are imposed on certain electrolytic chromium coated steel imports from China and Brazil. Interested parties must send written comments within 15 days and hearing requests within 5 days after this Regulation enters into force; the Hearing Officer may consider late hearing requests if appropriate.
