(2) In view of the quantity still available and the market situation, that date should be amended to 1 June 2002. (3) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Milk and Milk Products, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 In Article 26(2) of Regulation (EC) No 2799/1999, "1 May 2002" is hereby replaced by "1 June 2002". Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 4 December 2003.
