The Council was also informed of that shortlist. ---|--- (2) | Pursuant to Article 56(5) of Regulation (EU) No 806/2014, the term of office of full-time members of the Board is to be 5 years. ---|--- (3) | On 12 March 2024, the Commission adopted a proposal for the appointment of Ms Karen BRAUN-MUNZINGER as a full-time member of the Board (‘the proposal’) and submitted the proposal to the European Parliament for approval. ---|--- (4) | On 23 April 2024, the European Parliament approved the proposal, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Ms Karen BRAUN-MUNZINGER is hereby appointed as a full-time member of the Single Resolution Board for a term of office of five years as from 13 May 2024.
