This regulation corrects errors in certain French and German language versions of Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 and enters into force 20 days after publication.

The French language version contains a terminological error in Section A, Subpart B, point M.A.201(b), of Annex I (Part-M), in point ML.1(c)(3)(ii), of Annex Vb (Part-ML), in Section A, Subpart B, point ML.A.201(b), of Annex Vb (Part-ML), in Appendix I, point (c)(2), of Annex Vb (Part-ML) and in point CAO.1(2)(ii), of Annex Vd (Part-CAO). It contains another terminological error in Appendix I, point 2, Module 12, in the table, first column, point 12.9(b), first line, of Annex III (Part-66), in Appendix III, point 3.1(e), in the table, column ‘Level Chapters’, under the title ‘Helicopters’, in the line concerning Chapter 25, of Annex III (Part-66) and in Appendix III, point 3.2(b), in the table, column ‘Chapters’, under the title ‘Helicopters’, in the line concerning chapter 25, of Annex III (Part-66). These errors affect the substance of the provisions. The German language version contains an omission in Section A, Subpart C, point ML.A.305(d)(1), of Annex Vb (Part-ML) that affects the substance of the provision. ---|--- (2) | The French and German language versions of Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 should therefore be corrected accordingly. The other language versions are not affected. ---|--- (3) | The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 65(1) of Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council (3), delivered prior to the adoption of Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014. Those measures are also in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 127(1) of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, delivered prior to the adoption of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1383 (4), ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 (Does not concern the English language) Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
