| Official Journal of the European Union | EN L series ---|---|--- * * * | 2026/1371 | 24.6.2026 ---|---|--- COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2026/1371 of 22 June 2026 correcting Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/831 imposing a definitive anti- dumping duty on imports of certain continuous filament glass fibre products (‘GFR’) originating in Bahrain, Egypt and Thailand THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Union (1), and in particular Article 9 and Article 14(1) thereof, Whereas: (1) | By Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/831 (2), the Commission imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain continuous filament glass fibre products (‘GFR’) originating in Bahrain, Egypt and Thailand. ---|--- (2) | By Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/870 (3), the Commission imposed a definitive countervailing duty on imports of continuous filament glass fibre products originating in Egypt. ---|--- (3) | When Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/831, national customs authorities observed that the product description set out in Article 1 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/831 did not fully reflect the product scope as defined in the investigation and described in recital 49 of that Regulation. This was due to a drafting error in the operative part of the Regulation. The product description in Article 1 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/831 should therefore be corrected to align it with the scope of the investigation, as set out in recital 49 of that Regulation. ---|--- (4) | In the light of the above, the Commission has decided to correct the product description set out in Article 1 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/831. ---|--- (5) | National customs authorities also observed that the TARIC additional codes assigned in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/831 to imports of continuous filament glass fibre products originating in Egypt, both for the only specific exporting producer and for all other imports, do not correspond to the TARIC additional codes assigned to the same exporting producer and to all other imports of the same product in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/870. ---|--- (6) | In light of the above, the Commission has decided to correct the TARIC additional codes in Article 1 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/831 in order to align them with those set out in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/870 and to ensure the proper implementation of the measures. ---|--- (7) | The corrections should take effect from the date of the entry into force of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/831. ---|--- (8) | The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 15(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 In Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/831, Article 1 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 1 A definitive anti-dumping duty is imposed on imports of chopped glass fibre strands, of a length of not more than 50 mm; glass fibre rovings, excluding glass fibre rovings which are impregnated and coated and have a loss on ignition of more than 3 % (as determined by the ISO Standard 1887); and mats made of glass fibre filaments excluding mats of glass wool, currently falling under CN codes 7019 11 00 , ex 7019 12 00 (TARIC codes 7019 12 00 22, 7019 12 00 25, 7019 12 00 26, 7019 12 00 39), 7019 14 00 and 7019 15 00 and originating in Bahrain, Egypt and Thailand.
