Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the coordination of social security systems(1), and in particular Article 75 thereof,

| Official Journal of the European Union | EN C series ---|---|--- * * * | C/2024/7260 | 4.12.2024 ---|---|--- COUNCIL DECISION of 28 November 2024 replacing an alternate member of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for Germany (C/2024/7260) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the coordination of social security systems (1), and in particular Article 75 thereof, Whereas: (1) | By Decision of 21 September 2020 (2), the Council appointed members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for the period from 20 October 2020 to 19 October 2025. ---|--- (2) | A seat as alternate member in the representatives of employers’ organisations category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Mr Fiete STARCK. ---|--- (3) | The Government of Germany has nominated a candidate for the vacant seat, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Ms Melek GECICI is appointed alternate member of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems in place of Mr Fiete STARCK, for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 19 October 2025.
