(2) Commission Regulation (EC) No 1789/2003 of 11 September 2003 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff(2) includes data affecting the lists appearing in Annexes III and IV to Regulation (EC) No 2501/2001. This Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2004. (3) The lists in Annexes III and IV to Regulation (EC) No 2501/2001 should therefore be amended accordingly, with effect from 1 January 2004. (4) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Generalised Preferences Committee, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 Annexes III and IV to Regulation (EC) No 2501/2001 are amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2004. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 29 April 2004.
