The persons listed in Annex I to this Regulation shall be added to the list provided for in Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001. 2\. The person listed in Annex II to this Regulation shall be removed from the list provided for in Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
