Statute overview

About this statute

This regulation sets the lists and conditions for when certain animals and animal products may enter the Union from listed third countries, territories, zones, or compartments. This annex lists which third countries, territories, or zones may send certain poultry, captive birds, and queen honeybees/bumble bees into the Union, subject to the listed certificates, conditions, and health guarantees. This segment lists countries and zones authorised for certain animal and germinal-product entries into the Union, and sets veterinary conditions for some consignments. Some consignments may transit or enter the Union under listed conditions, but entry from areas under official restrictions because of Newcastle disease is prohibited.
