Applications for import licences for the period 1 May to 30 June 2004 submitted pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 2497/96 shall be met as referred to in the Annex. 2\. Application for import licences for the period 1 July to 30 September 2004 may be lodged pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 2497/96 for the total quantity as referred to in the Annex to this Regulation. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 28 May 2004. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 27 May 2004.
