| Official Journal of the European Union | EN C series ---|---|--- * * * | C/2025/6669 | 9.12.2025 ---|---|--- COUNCIL DECISION of 27 November 2025 replacing a member of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for Germany (C/2025/6669) THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the coordination of social security systems (1), and in particular Article 75 thereof, Whereas: (1) | By Decision of 10 October 2025 (2), the Council appointed members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems for the period from 20 October 2025 to 19 October 2030. ---|--- (2) | A seat as member in the trade union representatives category has fallen vacant as a result of the resignation of Mr Robert NAZAREK. ---|--- (3) | Germany has nominated a candidate for the vacant seat, ---|--- HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 Ms Solveig STERNJAKOB is appointed member of the Advisory Committee for the Coordination of Social Security Systems in place of Mr Robert NAZAREK for the remainder of the current term of office, ending on 19 October 2030.
