The Annex to that Regulation should therefore be replaced. (2) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Management Committee for Wine, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1270/2002 is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply from 13 July 2002. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 30 July 2002.
