As a result, Part B of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1898/97 should be amended. (2) The information on the agreement with Poland published in the Official Journal of the European Union(4) states that the Protocol annexed to Decision 2003/263/EC entered into force on 1 April 2003. The amendment provided for in this Regulation should also apply from that date. (3) The measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Pigmeat, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 Part B of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1898/97 is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 April 2003.
