The extent to which licences may be issued should therefore be determined. (2) As a result of the adoption of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2334/2003 of 30 December 2003 derogating for the year 2004 from Regulation (EC) No 2125/95 opening and providing for the administration of tariff quotas for preserved mushrooms(2) and because of the accession to the Community on 1 May 2004 of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia, this Regulation should remain applicable only until 30 April 2004, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION: Article 1 1\. Import licences applied for pursuant to Article 4(1)(a) of Regulation (EC) No 2125/95 on 2 and 5 January 2004 and submitted to the Commission on 7 and 8 January 2004 shall be issued for 100 % of the quantity applied for. 2\. Import licences applied for pursuant to Article 4(1)(b) of Regulation (EC) No 2125/95 on 2 and 5 January 2004 and submitted to the Commission on 7 and 8 January 2004 shall be issued for 8,41 % of the quantity applied for. Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 January 2004. It shall apply until 30 April 2004. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
