Statute overview

About this statute

This regulation changes EU supervisory reporting rules for institutions, including securitisation, non-performing exposures, expenses, and liquidity reporting, with staged application dates. This segment is a set of reporting templates for bank capital, credit risk, securitisation, and solvency data. This part is an Annex II table of contents for own funds and own funds requirements reporting templates. Institutions must report only the templates relevant to their own-funds approach, and must use positive figures for increases and negative figures for reductions. Institutions must report additional risk exposure amounts needed to meet stricter prudential requirements, including ones set by competent authorities and linked to collateral value limits.
