States, Whereas: (1) | Article 3 of Decision of 22 July 2003 provides that the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work (the ‘Committee’) is to consist of three full members for each Member State, there being one representative for each of the national governments, trade unions and employers’ organisations, and that two alternate members may be appointed for each full member. ---|--- (2) | Full members and alternate members of the Committee are to be appointed by the Council, in accordance with Article 3 of Decision of 22 July 2003, on the basis of the lists of candidates submitted to it by the Member States. ---|--- (3) | By Decisions of 24 February 2022 (2), 29 March 2022 (3), 12 July 2022 (4), 21 March 2023 (5), 1 June 2023 (6), 25 July 2023 (7), 29 January 2024 (8) and 11 March 2024 (9), the Council appointed full members and alternate members of the Committee for the period from 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2025. ---|--- (4) | Full members and alternate members of the
