This regulation replaces Annex III to the Kimberley Process rules and updates the list of Member States’ competent authorities. It also takes effect the day after publication and applies in full in all Member States.

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
