This regulation changes the Annex to an earlier regulation on export refunds for certain sugar products and says it enters into force on 9 September 2006.

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 9 September 2006. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
