This Regulation amends the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 by replacing Latvia’s competent-authority address details, and it takes effect the day after publication in the Official Journal.

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
