Statute overview

About this statute

A fee is charged under this Act for land surveying proceedings and related measures under the Land Formation Act, and also for comparable proceedings and assignments in other legislation unless a separate fee rule applies. The cadastral proceeding fee is paid to the state when the proceeding is carried out by an official at the National Land Survey, and to the municipality when it is carried out by a municipal official. The property survey fee must reflect the actual total costs caused to the state or municipality, and it may be set as work compensation or survey compensation.
