About this statute
The register must record the information referred to in sections 2–5, based on the court’s notice, in addition to what section 21(1) of the Business Prohibition Act already provides. Courts must promptly send certain decisions to the business prohibition register. A higher court must promptly notify the business prohibition register when it orders that a lower court’s decision should temporarily not be followed. The register must record information about the end of a temporary business prohibition. Rules about business prohibition apply in the same way to temporary business prohibition.
